The only thing I love more than going to parties is hosting them. I always want my guests to feel as special as the person the party is for. After all what’s a party without guests. So, I set out to find the perfect party accessories.
I would go to the local paper warehouse, party supply stores, and even the super stores, but the items and decorations always came up short. I expanded my quest to the Internet where I found even less to inspire me with mass-produced trinkets and bobbles that are as easily forgotten as a kids meal toy.
As my Mom always told me, “ if you want something done right, you got to do it yourself”. After years of making greeting cards and invitations, I embarked on creating handmade party ensembles that will make each occasion seem unique.
Each party I hosted I strived to better the décor and come up with new and exciting ideas. When I started getting so many requests for my handmade products I decided to open my Etsy shop and share them with the world. I was incredibly flattered and humbled by the accolades I received by the likes of Martha Stewart and Amy Atlas to name a few. This serves as a constant inspiration to challenge to myself and never settle for just good enough.
